Keep your forever jewelry shiny and sparkly by cleaning it regularly with a soft toothbrush and a mild dish soap.Gently brush away any dirt or grime, and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
A jewelry polishing cloth can also be used on our sterling silver chains to remove any trace of tarnish.
Harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, extreme sulfate exposure and prolonged contact with chlorine or salt water can cause damage to your chain and or charms.
While we know it is not always possible to avoid these, we do recommend that you clean your jewelry after any chemical exposure.
If you ever need to remove your permanent “forever” jewelry, be sure to cut it off with household scissors at the little jumpring. Cutting the chain itself can damage your chain and makes it difficult to repair.
If you ever decide that you no longer want your jewelry to be permanent, we are happy to add a clasp for a small fee.
